Public Offer Agreement
This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is an official offer by the online clothing store “Haremonia” (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) for the purchase of goods presented on the Seller’s official website at haremonia.com.

1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Agreement.

2. Ordering Goods
2.1. The Buyer orders goods through the website haremonia.com.
2.2. After placing an order on the website, the Buyer provides the Seller with their contact details.

3. Payment
3.1. The prices of the goods are indicated on the Seller’s website.
3.2. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer through electronic payment systems, bank transfers, or other methods specified on the Seller’s website.

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery of goods is carried out by delivery services to the address specified by the Buyer, at the Buyer’s expense, unless otherwise stated on the Seller’s website.

5. Warranties and Returns
5.1. The Seller guarantees the quality of the goods in accordance with applicable laws and established standards.
5.2. Returns of goods are carried out in accordance with the laws of the country where the Seller operates.

6. Liability
6.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the procedure established by this Agreement and applicable laws.

7. Force Majeure
7.1. The parties are released from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill obligations under the Agreement if such failure was caused by force majeure circumstances.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment it is accepted by the Buyer and remains in effect until the parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.
